Wood Worths Co., Ltd Company has several Departments, including the Administration Department, Finance Department, Human Resources Department, Sales Department, Security Department, Production Department, Warehousing Department, Procurement Department, and Quality Inspection Department, Sales Department and Operations Department.

Our Factory

Our production base covers an area of 31,000 square meters, including an experienced and efficient technical team. Since its establishment, the company has been committed to improving production capacity and product quality. Currently, we operate four complete production lines, making us one of the factories with the largest number of production lines in China.

Advanced Production Technology

Our products are crafted from sustainably sourced birch wood and bamboo, harvested responsibly to protect natural resources. After undergoing a steaming process to enhance durability, the materials are precisely cut, dried, sanded, and shaped according to design requirements. Every product is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure top quality before storage or shipment.

Step 1: Material selection and cutting

All our raw materials come from sustainably managed forests, ensuring that no ancient trees are harmed. We select high-quality birch wood that is harvested in the right season. The harvested birch wood undergoes a steaming process to improve its quality and durability.

Step 2: Peeling and Carving

The steamed wood is processed to make it easier to shape and transform into the desired form. It is then fed into a cutting machine for precise cutting, ensuring that each component meets the design specifications.

Step 3: Drying and Polishing

The formed product is then fed into a dryer to remove excess moisture and ensure that the wood is completely dry. The product is then sanded and polished to give it a smooth surface, ready for the subsequent forming process.

Step 4: Shaping and Packaging

The dried and polished semi-finished products are put into the shaping machine for shaping to meet the customer’s requirements. After all processes are completed, the products will undergo final inspection and be carefully packaged to ensure they are intact for storage or shipment.

About our raw materials

All of our birch comes from certified sustainable forestry, ensuring that every tree is grown and harvested under scientific management conditions. We work with a number of highquality suppliers, and all wood can be traced back to its origin, meeting international environmental standards.
